Dolphin Technology maintains a broad portfolio of System-On-Chip (SOC) building blocks that provides our clients with solutions that range from high performance Standard Cell libraries to General Purpose I/O, Special Purpose I/O, Memory Compilers, and specialty memory. Our extensive offering has met the most rigorous standards of the industry's most demanding companies.

Memory
Dolphin Technology has assembled a core team of experienced memory design veterans that have created an extensive offering of highly optimized memory blocks. Our Memory Compilers, (RAMpiler®, RAMpiler+®, ROMpiler®, CAMpiler®), offer one of the broadest range of high speed, high density, low power capabilities available today. These memory compilers have been successfully proven in many generations of silicon and are currently used by some of the largest technology companies.

Dolphin Technology also provides a wide selection of special purpose Register Files that can be customized to meet any applications needs. Dolphin's register file design techniques have been proven in many generations of silicon and are currently used by some of the largest technology companies. Some example configurations are: 1W/4R, 2W/4R, 3W/3R, 1W/8R, 3W/5R, and many more to fit the design requirements.

I/O
Dolphin Technology offers a wide range of I/O that consists of standard I/O, bus interface specific (Special) I/O as well as high speed I/O. These I/O are available in both Core/Area, Flip-Chip FC/C4 style and in the conventional Wire-Bond, Staggered, In-line style. The variety of our I/O offering provides our customers with a complete range of I/O solutions. Our proven track record in Standard I/O design has allowed us to develop exceptional capabilities and apply them to Special Purpose I/O design.

Standard Cell
Dolphin Technology has developed extensive Standard Cell libraries that have been methodically tested and verified in Silicon for each process technology supported. We have gone to great effort to optimize each cell for density and performance in order to improve wafer yield and overall SOC cost.

PLL
Dolphin Technology is able to provide customers with a PLL Compiler which can work at up to 2GHz

SERDES
Dolphin Technology now provides customers with SerDes capable of operating at speeds of up to 10Gbps. These SerDes support a variety of industry standards such as XAUI, PCI Express, SATA, SAS, Fibre Channel, PCI Express, Gigabit Ethernet and SRIO.

LVS netlist, Layout in GDSII format,  Timing Files (.lib), Power Consumption Data (Power Compiler format), Verilog/VHDL models, LEF, Antenna LEF and Data Sheets. For our IO products IBIS models are also available. For our standard cell, technology files, wire load models, and noise models are also available.
